ROi Account Executive CPS is a leadership position, responsibility for enhancing regional operations through an integrated approach of supply chain, operating rooms and clinical staff. The ROi Account Executive CPS will also develop strong relationships between all resources of ROi and ALL CPS customers including both Mercy facilities and commercial customers. Direct account management responsibilities are strategic in nature and will vary by customer’s needs and expectations. The Account Executive CPS will perform all work in accord with the mission, vision and values of Sisters of Mercy Health System. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Representation within ROi:

  • Responsibility for developing a collaborative relationship within ROi departments such as ISS, CPS Operations, CSC Operations and Customer Service.
  • Responsibility for pro-actively gathering improvement for assigned customers, develop workable solutions and work with ROi and CPS Leadership to ensure the needed resources will be available.
  • Responsibility for communication the strategic direction of the assigned customers of specific needs back to ROi.

ROi Representation within Assigned Customer:

  • Responsibility for developing a collaborative relationship with all key departments leaders within assigned customers that the CPS directly or indirectly impacts.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with key leaders at assigned customers including CEO, CFO, COO and CNO.
  • Responsible for quoting new CPS opportunities for assigned customers, develop proto type custom packs that demonstrates savings in material and labor cost.
  • Responsible for tracking both saving and revenue for new custom packs for assigned customers

Best Practice Propagation:

  • Responsible for the collection and dissemination of best practice efforts that are shared through interaction with similar roles across customer base.
  • Responsible for evaluating best practice impact and challenges that could emanate from the adoption of such best practices.
  • Responsible for the development and active management  of implementation plans for both new customers but additionally existing customers where change is taking place.


Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:


Must have: 

  • Five years’ experience as an RN or Scrub Tech in a hospital or surgery center operating room environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis using Excel
  • Good organizational skills

Nice to Have:

  • BSN Nursing
  • Supply chain  experience, either in sourcing, procurement, inventory management, or distribution
