Must adhere to the signed contractual agreement delineating assessment and treatment Protocol between the Medical Director and the Advance Practice Nurse.
Adheres to quality standards in the treatment of all patients.
Must have the ability to plan and carry out medical protocol and work effectively with other disciplines and have considerable knowledge of the advanced nursing principles and practices.
Maintains an orderly, neat and sanitary work environment.
Makes legible medical record documentation and maintains records in neat and orderly fashion.
Dictates patient care immediately following treatment of the patient.
Performs scope of practice within the guidelines of "Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
"Maintains confidentiality of patients, employees and clinic at all times.
Maintains a timely flow of patients and ensures preferences are given to patients in emergency situations.
Collaborates with peers and multidisciplinary agencies to provide comprehensive health services.
Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Educates patient and family regarding pain management.
Adheres to universal precaution protocol.
Monitors the duties assigned to personnel to insure that they are performed in an efficient manner.
Utilizes resources in a cost-effective manner.
Participates in SEMMC network, community-based projects and committees as appropriate.
Teaches educations and preventative health skills to identified target populations.
Keeps apprised of changing treatment modalities and professional trends.

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with appropriate nursing practitioners credentials.
Licensure: Current License to practice in the State of Arkansas
Certifications: National Certification and certificate for prescriptive authority are required.
Other: Perform practice in accordance with the standards established by the national certifying body from which the Practitioner holds certification required for licenser. BLS required.
Preferred Experience: Five plus years experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner is preferred but not necessary.
