Responsibilities and Qualifications

This receptionist position with be under the general supervision of the Imaging Support Services Manager, answer telephones, multi-line phones, page overhead, greet and welcome patients, and operate and maintain patient databases in the Radiology Database. Employee is expected to provide excellent customer service consistent with the established guidelines and goals of St. John’s Health System, the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Employee Code of Conduct. Performs related duties as assigned.



Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Must have computer knowledge, typing skills and knowledge of basic math
