FILLS SUPPLY ORDERS:
1.1 Procures correct requested supply(s)
1.2 Issues supply via SC software system to appropriate requesting location.
2.1 Enters requisition via SC software system for needed supplies.
3.1 Assure correct product/qty is received for stocking.
3.2 Places supply in appropriate bin location.
3.3 Assures package integrity and sterility (if applicable).
3.4 Assures correct patient charging label is on package.
NAVIGATE AND UTILIZE SUPPLY CHAIN SOFTWARE SYSTEM
4.1 Performs data entry functions (issue/transfer/credit/etc) accurately.
PARTICIPATE IN CYCLE COUNTS AND ANNUAL INVENTORY:
5.1 Accurately counts inventory and submits requested documentation.
6.1 Delivers requested supplies to correct location.
6.2 Follows policy/procedure regarding signatures of receiving dept co-worker, if applicable.
7.1 Procures requested equipment and distribute to accurate location per policy.
7.2 Picks up equipment following infection control guidelines of hospital.
8.1 Accurately receives supplies/equipment via SC software system
8.2 Reports variances per procedure.
8.3 Prepares supplies/equipment for distribution.
9.1 Utilizes Pac Trac system
10.1 Rotate stock to manage outdates.
10.2 Notifies inventory specialist when inventory is low to assure order has been placed.
11.1 Train and oversee new co-workers through the orientation and annual training for the department.
PERFORMS ADDITIONAL DUTIES FOR SUPPLY CHAIN THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TRAINING ABOVE AND BEYOND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
12.1 Project leader
12.2 Assist with Schedules, time, and attendance.
12.3 Oversee workflow for department as required
12.4 Utilize change management skills
12.5 Wears proper personal protective equipment when appropriate
12.6 Observes universal precautions consistently.
12.7 Wears clothing and Health System badge consistent with dress code, and attends to personal hygiene to maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance.
12.8 Meets Health System attendance standards
12.9 Performs related duties as assigned.
