Mercy Finance consists of systems that support the general ledger, sub ledgers including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets, as well as other financial systems. The primary responsibility of the Senior Report Writer Analyst is to work with the Mercy Financial Reporting and community finance teams to develop, write and test financial reports,
both standard month-end reports and customized reports based on community needs. The Senior Report Writer Analyst will also work as a liaison among finance stakeholders helping to gather, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to policies and reports. In addition, the Senior Report Writer Analyst will assist with data requests for the external financial statement audit, often working directly with the external audit team. The preferred Senior Report Writer Analyst should be experienced with Lawson Report Writer, Business Objects Reporting, Crystal, ACL and the use of data warehouses. They will use this expertise to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

At least five years programming and/or report generation
experience using Business Intelligence reporting applications
