Responsibilities and Qualifications

Provide fire, safety, and security protection for the Medical Center’s coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent Required.
  • Experience: Previous security, military or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Other skills & knowledge:The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below, plus:

    Minimal: lifting floor to waist height and carrying <75 lbs, Push <60 lbs force, crawling, and pinch force Occasional: pull <50 lbs force, kneeling or crouching, balance, hand coordination, gripping <75 lbs force, and data entry.
