    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead solutions and technical advisor to Mercy’s business goals, strategies and objectives for all A/V and conferencing needs. Also, Assess Mercy business and internal requirements to deliver intuitive solutions
    • Implement and support Mercy’s collaboration infrastructure, hosted and hybrids solutions, and be the MTS subject matter expert on AV deployments\integration\troubleshooting
    • Support Cisco CTS; TMS, Codian, Jabber and WebEx and common knowledge of Polycom, Lifesize and others.
    • Support Mercy’s AV integration as well as collaboration solutions with tier 2 expertise
    • Will support executive level meeting and special events with a “white glove and concierge approach”, and Preform training, presentations, recommendations and manage implementations
    • Interface with technology, system Integrators and business partners to represent Mercy’s business requirements
    • Consult with co-workers, project stakeholders and external users on adopting Mercy’s conferencing solutions 
    • Perform and prepare upgrades on existing infrastructure to enhance Mercy’s collaboration experience      

    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree required; In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience in AV solution design/management/deployment/support, and telepresence and collaboration technologies
    • Experience with Cisco Telepresence platforms, knowledge of Polycom, Microsoft, etc.
    • Experience in troubleshooting solutions and perform root cause analysis, collecting and reading logs to reduce speed to resolution
    • Experience or knowledge of WebEx, Jabber, Skype for Business, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and persistent chat technologies such as Slack, Cisco Spark, Microsoft Teams, etc.
    • The ability to communicate with executive/senior level, external consultants and project consultants
    • Experience in working with A/V integrators and supervise the designed solution
