Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsible for performance of diagnostic and rehabilitative specialty with appropriate documentation and billing of patient

charges. Coordinates with the department manager in the provision of services in specialty area and neurophysiological

monitoring. Addresses equipment needs and continuing maintenance of equipment. Responsible for coordination of daily

operational needs.




Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:


  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy educational program

  • Licensure: Current Arkansas Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy Licensure

  • Experience: Minimum of three years Therapy experience in an appropriate setting (i.e. Hospital, O.P. Clinic, or Home Health) Personnel management skills

  • Certifications: Current BLS certification.

  • Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge
