Responsibilities and Qualifications

Reporting directly to the director of clinical performance, the primary aspect of this role is to support clinical project implementation resulting in improving patient care, service, quality, safety and financial performance. Plans, manages and implements system-wide clinical process improvement  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare related fieldinitiatives. Serves as a clinical consultant, facilitator and educator. Will be required to utilize skills of negotiaton and influence to accomplish responsibilities. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Minimal travel is required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Qualification 1:  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field
  • Qualification 2: Three (3) years professional clinical healthcare experience with proven ability to identify and resolve problems, plan and manage project assignments and prepare reports.

Preferred

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field.

Certification: Certification in nursing or related field
