Responsibilities and Qualifications

The HR Assistant provides Benefit/Leave Administration support services to all Mercy co-workers with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the departments’ operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Works independently with direction from leader.
