Works with children ages 12-60 months with Autism Spectrum Disorder providing direct patient care following the Early Start Denver Model across developmental domains. Evaluates and treats speech and language skills, as well as conducts medically prescribed ESDM programs. Displays advanced treatment skills and assists team and program leads. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Services are provided individually and in small groups. Upon completion of training, must maintain fidelity in treatment intervention using the ESDM as documented by fellow certified therapists. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Experience: 1-2 yrs
Experience with preschool aged children with ASD preferred
Current CPR thru the American Heart Association.
