This individual will be responsible for working with Mercy Senior leadership in supporting the development and implementation of clinical integration and specialty council initiatives across all Mercy Clinic communities.
Responsible for the facilitation of a variety of Mercy Ambulatory Care/Clinic programs and strategic projects, role will collaborate closely with operations leaders by providing objective data and analysis and tolls that enable leadership to make strategic and operational decisions and action plans. In addition, the manager will monitor performance to goals on assigned initiatives and communications and presents outcomes to management. As a member of the administrative team, the manager will participate in active manner in the decision-making and implementation of key projects and strategic initiatives. Exemplifies and demonstrates Mercy’s leadership values, competencies and service standards. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.
