    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    This Application Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development process including designing, configuring, modifying, debugging, and evaluating of custom applications.  Will be working on Angular web applications with integration into Java based services. Projects will consist of custom applications for external and internal use. They will occasionally be involved in non-programming aspects of the development process including definition of user requirements, testing, deployment, documentation, and support. 


    Qualified applicants will have;

    • 2+ years of development experience.
    • Angular or similar front end experience.
    • Excellent Business Domain Modeling skills.
    • Experience with Java Object-Oriented programming.
    • Ability to use problem solving skills to resolve technical issues.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
    • Experience with Java 1.7/1.8, Angular JS, Spring, Hibernate and XML, jQuery, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
    • Experience with Oracle and MySQL.
    • Experience with design patterns and service-oriented architecture.
    • Agile software development including scrum and test-driven development.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
    • Additional Requirements:
      • Demonstrates general understanding of full software development life cycle
      • Demonstrates general understanding of code management principles
    • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
