    Mercy Shifts- earn (up to) an extra $20/hr for signing up for extra shifts

    Track Scheduling- work an additional 12 hour shift every two weeks and receive an additional $3.00 per hour for all hours worked plus 8 hours of overtime. Track allows a set schedule for one year.

    ADD Pay opportunities for qualifying departments: $.50 per hour BSN pay, $1.00 per hour certification pay.

    Residency Program for GNs- Designed to facilitate smooth transition from student to nurse. Orient as a nurse on your unit with special sessions during orientation to discuss and assigned Quality Improvement Project.

    Clinical Ladder- a career development plan providing a structure that increases nurse involvement and collaboration.

    Position Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree from an accredited school and current Missouri RN license .
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department OR 2 years in Acute Care bedside nursing required to qualify for certain incentives.
    • You’ll also need a current RN license in our state.
    • Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.
    • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and NIH Stroke Scale completion prior to independently providing care to patients; TNCC Trauma Nurse Core Course Within 1 Year of hire. SAFE training as required
