The Talent Development Specialist will support training strategies by actively serving on development team and communicating strategy with the facility served and is responsible for the development and management of all phases of a project including project scope, development, assembling of project team, identification of resources, project plan development, monitoring and reporting.
Facilitate training programs.
Apply various adult learning principals during development and delivery of courses.
Support curriculum development team by providing content and feedback during the development phase as well as post course development.
Operate as an internal consultant by employing basic or strong organizational development consulting skills.
Design and implement training inititatives in the facility and/or community served.
Complete and share evaluation/measurement reports to show effectiveness of training programs.
Obtain/maintain Mercy facilitation certification as well as other designated instructor certifications (i.e. individual program certification).
Support training strategy by actively serving on project teams and communicating strategy with the facility and/or community served.
Provide project management support to assist with organizational change or performance improvement for specific departments. Responsible for the development and management of all phases of a project including project scope development, assembling of project team, identification of resources, project plan development, monitoring and reporting.
Coaching: follow up and coach co-workers and middle level leader co-workers on training content and skill development in order to achieve ministry results.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Discipline Specific)
Licensure: Discipline credentials up to date.
Experience: 1-5 years education/training experience
