Serves as the administrative executive for the assigned Mercy Clinics in the West Community and for assigned clinic functions. Primary functions of this role are: (1) Works directly with Clinic administration to recruit, assimilate, orient, train, educate and integrate physicians, advance practice clinicians, Clinic Managers and other Clinic Co-workers (2) Work collaboratively with Clinic Administration, Human Resources, MarComm, Finance, Revenue Cycle and other Mercy departments and functions in leading daily operational efforts in assigned clinics (3) Participate in the establishment of Financial, operational, clinical and other goals for Mercy Clinic and implement efforts to meet goals and improve performance in these areas (4) Help establish effective means of communicating with all Clinic Providers and Co-Workers (5) Oversee the implementation of the Clinics philosophy, goals, and objectives (6) Establish standards for management competency (7) Represent areas of responsibility in the strategic planning process (8) Ensure the development and implementation of Policies/Procedures and timely, efficient processes to advance Clinic productivity, organization and efficiency and to advance quality of patient care and patient, physician and co-worker engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.

Education: Bachelors degree.
Experience: Five (5) years as a manager of a large physician group or equivalent experience.
Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment, especially physician practice arrangement, through continuing education. Is active in community/professional organizations. Works cooperatively with other executive officers, physicians and staff members. Communicates effectively in writing and orally with diverse groups.
Preferred Education: Masters preferred, CMPE preferred.
