Demonstrates ability to assist in food preparation and assembly in all positions in the retail areas. Sets up and breaks down serving stations. Replaces inventory as needed. Takes part of all clean-up in retail areas in accordance with established policies and procedures. Willingness to work in all retail areas including Mercy Café, Baggot Café, Tuscany Café, Coffee Bar, Outdoor Grill, Catering, and Vending. Cashiering is not required but encouraged.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Other: The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below, plus: Minimal: kneeling or crouching, lift floor to desk height and carrying of < 37 lbs, Push/pull < 12 lbs force, pinch grip Occasional: balancing, gripping < 40 lbs Continuous: hand coordination.
