    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The monitor tech supervisor will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of SPARC unit operations and personnel. Serves as a clinical resource for staff. Functions as a monitor technician in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties as delegated by the manager/director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. 

    Qualifications:

    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

     

    • Qualification 1: Minimum 5 years or equivalent of monitor technician experience.
    • Qualification 2: CRAT certification with 6 months of hire
    • Basic computer skills
    • Other: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
