    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Overview
    Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays advanced treatment skills and assists Team Leader. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.

    Qualifications:

    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

     

    • Qualification 1: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders
    • Qualification 2: Certificate of Clinical Competency (American Speech and Hearing Association) and Missouri State Board of Healing Arts license required, or eligibility for same.
    • Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
    • Current CPR thru the American Heart Association
    • Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 yrs feeding experience
