    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Responsibilities:

     

    Maintains the Quality System for CPS Supply Chain Department through the use of the Q-Pulse application: -Ensuring that CPS Corrective Action Requests are responded to and verified for timeliness, effectiveness and adequacy -Ensuring CPS equipment identified as critical is maintained as required -Ensuring CPS supplier performance is tracked and evaluated by utilization of the Supplier Module -Ensuring that CPS training is documented within the system and that documentation of re-training occurs as processes are modified. Oversight of CPS in-process inspections and in-bound raw material inspections performed by QC. Seeks guidance and brings to the attention of the QA coordinator/QRA Manager any concerns that could potentially impact product integrity and identification or concerns that may compromise regulatory requirements within CPS.

     

    Maintains the CPS Quality System through the use of the Q-Pulse application:
    Ensuring that CPS Corrective Action Requests are responded to and verified for timeliness,
    effectiveness and adequacy
    Ensuring CPS equipment identified as critical is maintained as required
    Ensuring CPS supplier performance is tracked and evaluated by utilization of the Supplier
    Module
    Ensuring that CPS training is documented within the system and that documentation of retraining
    occurs as processes are modified

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

     

    • High School Diploma
    •  Two years of related experience or related medical device/pharmaceutical supply chain experience. 
    • Ability to become ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) within the first year.
