    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Under the general supervision of the Catherine's Corner Supervisor, the food service worker is responsible for preparing specialty drinks, serving menu items, collecting revenue for purchases, help prepare food items, and assisting in the opening and closing duties for Catherine's corner.


    Prepares Catherine's Corner for serving of food and beverage items.

    Sets up all food items in accordance to schedule. Portion food items in deli and pastry case according to set pars.  


    Displays food items in an attractive manner. Replenishes and maintains quantities during serving hours.


    Prepares all product necessary for opening of business day. Follows correct procedures for brewing of all teas and coffees and follows guidelines concerning shelf lifes.


    Assist in kitchen to help prep food items as needed
    Serves customers of Catherine's Corner during business hours.


    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:


    Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    Experience: Six months to one year of food service experience.

    Preferred Experience: Experience working with barrista and specialty coffee equipment.
