    Are you an experienced ICU nurse looking to expand your boundaries and willing to bring your skills and experiences to Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region (St. Louis, Jefferson, Washington, South and Lincoln)?


    Are you looking for flexibility with self-scheduling and competitive pay incentives on top of your base rate which is calculated off of years of experience?


    We offer a variety of experiences travelling through the St. Louis hospitals in the region:  opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new and challenging assignments, and give you the opportunity to pass on skills, knowledge and mentor to others.



    • Base rate PLUS $15-$25/hr. to float
    • Every 4th weekend
    • Self-scheduling
    • 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year

    Position Qualifications:

    • We require a nursing degree from an accredited school
    • You’ll also need a current RN license in our state
    • Basic life support training required along with Advanced cardiac life support
    • Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with the minimum of 1year ICU experience
