Home Health CNA services are to be provided to the patient in their residence when assistance is needed with personal care(bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, exercise, oral hygiene and skin care). Patient visits must be done in all conditions to include but not be limited to excessive heat and cold, poor road/driving conditions(unpaved roads, mud, snow, ice, rain, fog and stormy weather) poorly constructed, infested and/or dirty patient home, all home environmental settings and geographical locations as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Education: High school education or equivalent.
Experience: At least one year of experience in an institutional setting, preferred but not required.
Certification/Registration: Certification in the state of Arkansas as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Other skills & knowledge:
Working telephone line or cell phone,
Valid driver's license in Arkansas or Oklahoma.
Good driving record.
Automobile liability insurance as required by law in the state in which the automobile is registered.
