Under the general supervision of the Therapy Manager, supervises the operational functions of the Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and the assistants. Performs evaluations to determine the patient's condition, physical therapy plans and rehabilitation potential, evaluates home environment to eliminate structural barriers and to improve safety to increase functional independence. Performs skilled physical therapy visits for therapeutic exercises, transfer, gait, prosthetic training, establish or upgrade the home program, provide electro therapy, proves fabrication of temporary devices, such as the temporary prosthesis, braces, splints and slings, and provides muscle re-education and other PT services approved by Medicare and in accordance with standards of practice and state licensure. Assists with management of coworkers in Home Health therapy department and assists in growing the department and patient census. Must be able to make operating decisions and take action regarding co-workers and policies. Works under the supervision of Home Health Administrator. Handles highly confidential information regarding operations and patients. Develops and maintains programs, contractual agreements, and other business relationships with accordance to the mission, vision and values of Mercy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology required.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology license.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required.
Preferred Education: Masters Degree preferred.
Preferred Experience: 5 years experience preferred
