Under the general direction of the Director of Home Health, provides a comprehensive individualized treatment program for patients according to department policies and procedures.
Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association of other approving body, with a Baccalaureate or Master's degree and certified in physical therapy.
Licensure: Registered with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Other: Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodology required of a physical therapist.
Preferred Experience: 1 year experience preferred with communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications: BLS requirement of position.
