Communicates with physicians and other team members about changes in patient’s condition, and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in other departments with adequate supervision. Provides competent direct patient care in a personalized and compassionate manner utilizing the Nursing Process:
A. Successfully demonstrates proficiency of basic skills, equipment, and procedures, including unit specific skills.
B. Assists physicians with examinations, procedures and other processes related to patient care.
C. Safely administers medication by following the established policies and procedures.

Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Current AR Registered Nurse license
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support or complete upon hire
