Under the supervision of the MRI Supervisor and Radiologist, help to perform MRI exams and a variety of helpful procedures as required at Mercy Health Center--including patient requisitioning, patient preparation, MRI scanning, and post-processing of images and data. Will perform work with accordance to the mission, vision and values of Mercy Health Center. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Working with a technologist, perform mri exams utilizing established protocols and technical factors.
On a daily basis with technologist supervision, perform quality MRI examinations an accordance with accepted department standards.

Education: Concurrent enrollment in an accredited Radiologic Technology program at a licensed college or University. (Associate or Baccalaureate degree program)
Experience: Must have had at least one scheduled MRI rotation within a one year period of application.
Other: Student must have good oral and written communication skills toward patients and coworkers. Also, student must have good working knowledge of MRI and be self-motivated to continue learning more.
