    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Meets the same requirements and performs the same duties as the Supply Chain Tech III. Demonstrates leadership ability and/or specific technical skill to perform at "expert level" specialized functions within Supply Chain. Leads projects as a group/ individually and is a trusted leader within all of that Community's Supply Chain. Utilizes supply chain software to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supply orders. Monitors inventory levels and pars to ensure adequate levels are available to meet patient care needs. Leads projects and becomes a trusted leader within all the Community's Supply Chain. Possesses knowledge of all functions within Supply Chain. Trains other co-workers on various tasks. Assists the leadership with planning and prioritizing the day to day operations of the Supply Chain department(s) and provides oversight of projects. Acts as 2nd in command after the Supervisor or Manager if Supervisors do not exist in department

    • Education: High School degree or GED equivalent required
    • Experience: 3+ years of supply chain experience or other industry equivalent required. 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
      Certifications: Certification in either APICS, CPIM, CSCP, IAHCSMM or CRST required.
    • Other: Basic math skills required Computer skills described in Job Responsibilities Service oriented person with background in purchasing and an aptitude in computer and warehouse procedures. Proficient with fork lift and picker equipment required. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to follow oral and written directions. Proven attention to detail, particularly numbers, required. Possess the ability to work in a team environment.
