    Position Qualifications:

    • Education: Performance improvement methodology and basic statistics would be beneficial.
      Licensure:
      Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant work experience. Basic computer skills would be beneficial
      Certifications: None.
      Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must possess proven leadership qualities that will benefit in modeling team building techniques and assist in facilitating teams. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to make presentations to Project Teams, Medical Staff and Executive Leadership. Knowledgeable of the principles of Performance Improvement. Ability to apply the tools and techniques of PI. Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way. Ability to perform chart reviews for Quality and Patient Safety information. Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines. Motivated to seek self-improvement as evidenced by educational, professional and personal endeavors supportive of quality improvement philosophy and methods. Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, co-workers and patients. Legible handwriting. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
