The Direct Admit & Transfer RN is a week-day/night-shift position. This position offers an opportuntity to utlize your clinical skills without the demands of working bed-side. The RN serves as the clinical expert for the unit. There are three main focuses of this position:
The position will utilize EMR modules, electronic scheduling systems and will collaborate with others within the unit as well as a variety of care teams. The ultimate goal is to facilitate a comprehensive, efficient and highly reliable admission, transfer and staffing experience for providers, patients and coworkers. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
