    Responsibilities and Qualifications



    This position is responsible for coordination of information, communication and other administrative clerical functions for Mercy Care Management Regional Director, department leadership and assigned Care Management departments providing assistance for patients, visitors, co-workers and hospital coworkers.




    Education: High School Diploma, Minimum Required
    Experience: Three years secretarial experience, Minimum Required
    Other: Ability to work with and preserve confidential information, Minimum Required

    Computer literacy with intermediate skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Minimum Required

    Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills, Minimum Required

    Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people, Minimum Required

    Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner
