    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Under the direction of the Central Transportation Manager, is responsible for the supervision and coordination of central transportation activities.

     

    Supervises and coordinates the central transportation activities.

     

    Plans staffing schedule and makes assignments according to established patterns and demands.


    Interviews, recommends employment, trains, counsels and prepares performance evaluations for transportation employees according to the hospital's policies and criteria.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
    Licensure:
    Certifications: CPR certified.

     

    Experience: One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

     

    One year dispatching experience preferred.
