    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The incumbent in this position will be responsible for leading/teaching members and guests in the group fitness classes. This individual must understand and keep current on information relating to the fitness industry. During class the instructor must be observant of class participants and their level of ability. The individual must continue the monitor class participation, pick-up the areas in which they teach, correctly clock in and out, attend scheduled meetings, and demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skill in order to represent the Mercy Fitness Center.

     

    Qualifications:

    Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

     

    • Certifications: Group Fitness Certifiction CPR Certification
    • Preferred Experience: Experience of any level teaching/leading group fitness classes.
    • Preferred Certifications: Group Fitness Certification
